The accommodations are very nice and well-kept, and you can find hot water from the "cold" taps, the staff is attentive and you can easily park your car close by.

Tidy, completely renovated rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. Smooth check-in, parking by the hotel.

The room was worth the money, comfortable bed and a lovely window seat. The location was great, surrounded by beautiful flora and birds. The staff treated us with exceptional care and made us feel welcome and pampered throughout our stay.

Concierge is not properly trained and borderline inept. Very limited in ability to provide service. Be careful that hotel third parties deliver the same person as promised and don't bait and switch guide to driver.

the stay here was very peaceful for two nights. the hotel was close enough to a very good new restaurant as well as a taxi. 3. I loved luxurious rooms and competent staff.

The property was well-maintained with well managed and very efficient stuff with all the services you would expect at a Fairmont, I loved the stay. The pool was nice and I had delicious drinks

The service was very poor. The concierge 'forgot' to make our reservation for an airport transfer and charged us extra for their mistake, which was only apparent at check out. We nearly missed our flight as a result of this mishap. We made an official complaint to the hotel and did not receive response, nor did they apologise. We will never stay at a Fairmont establishment ever again because of this treatment.
